Royal Estates Assistive Living is proud to have a team of exceptional housekeepers that keep our community clean and maintained. With a variety of weekly services including trash removal, on-call bedding services, laundry pick-up and delivery, and more — we do our best to make sure that you enjoy your time living in our community. We also offer an in-house maintenance team that can address any issue you may have within your apartment.

Weekly Housekeeping Services

Daily trash removal by all staff to ensure a clean environment for our residents
On-call services for those mishaps that occasionally occur

Same-day service for laundry pickup and delivery
On-call bedding services
Monitoring our independent laundry service area

In-House Maintenance Team

Coordinates all outside vendors, such as phone services
Handles all apartment repairs and needs
Completes all work orders prepared by residents at the concierge desk daily
Monitors security and lighting around and throughout our property

Royal Estates Assistive Living enforces a secured entry after 8 p.m. Residents may still leave the building but will need assistance to gain entry after 8 p.m.
